Steps to improve the way you learn:

The following step can be taken to improve the way you learn

1. Motivate Yourself: The subject might not be of your interest, however the result you will get from what you learn interests you.
2. Set Goals: Set goals a SMART way
   • S – Specific
   • M – Measurable
   • A – Achievable
   • R – Realistic
   • T – Time-Bound
3. Identify resources: Cooperate training, continuing-education classes, college classes, vocational schools, workshops, seminars, online training.
4. Plan: Plan the time required for your learning and decide by when you would want to end it.
5. Write down questions: Make a list of questions you need to answer in order to learn the subject/task
6. Implement: Put the plan in action. Completing your learning will need a set discipline, it will also be helpful in keeping track of the learning progress.
7. Evaluate: As you complete the learning, evaluate your progress. Has the goal been met? Are the resources used for learning are providing enough knowledge and skills that were aimed for?
8. Practice: As a popular saying goes “Practice makes a man perfect”. Put your knowledge to practice periodically.
