Job Description and Skills:
The purpose of this position is to oversee the financial operations of the college, leveraging expertise in MS Dynamics, Salesforce, and IT to ensure accurate financial reporting, effective data management, and adherence to financial controls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems, including MS Dynamics and Salesforce, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, regulations, and technology advancements, and propose process improvements and system enhancements accordingly.
- Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics and Salesforce, with the ability to utilize these systems for financial data management and reporting.
- Manage the college’s financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and reporting deadlines.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and experience working with MS Dynamics and Salesforce.

Position Purpose:
The Admission Manager a vital role in promoting the college, engaging with potential students, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the admission process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive student recruitment strategies to attract prospective students to the college.
- Communicate deadlines and policies to all students in a timely manner and provide relevant guidance to students and staff.
- Develop and implement study abroad marketing and student recruitment strategy including digital promotional material.
- Build and maintain relationships with high schools, educational consultants, and community organizations to promote the college and its programs.
- Coordinate and conduct recruitment events such as college fairs, open houses, and information sessions to engage with potential students and their families.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in admission policies to ensure the college remains competitive in attracting top talent.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop compelling recruitment materials, including brochures, website content, and social media campaigns.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelors from a reputable university.
- 2 years relevant experience in HR role in fast paced, multisite environment
MS Office, MS windows, and HRMS system communication skills - Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural, multinational environment to all levels in the organization.

Job Description and Skills:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Implements a broad-based unit specific strategic plan for communications & event-related activities for the College.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and display advertising.
- Produces stories, interviews and various forms of online content for the Department showcasing the impact of its research, scholar, student and alumni activities and achievement.
- Manage the college’s website and ensure it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, providing recommendations for their integration into marketing strategies.
- Oversee the planning and execution of college events, including conferences, workshops, webinars, and recruitment events.
- Creates advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives to assist with student recruitment and with the promotion of courses and programs within the department.
- Manages the research, development, purchasing, budget and sale of Departmental promotional items, in consultation with the Department Administrator.
- Utilize various marketing channels to promote events and attract attendees, including email marketing, social media, online advertising, and partnerships.
- Evaluate event success and analyze attendee feedback to enhance future event planning and execution.
Requirements
- A university degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field, combined with experience in marketing and communications,
- Proven experience of 5-10 years in digital marketing, event management, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and tactics.
- Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms, email marketing software, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet• deadlines.
- Knowledge of the university environment and core university systems is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for event-related activities.
